Happiness is an emotion. Like every emotion it comes and goes. A static state of being happy forever doesn’t exist. And therein lies the great lie around happiness.

This is not a DO THIS and you will be happy kind of a book. Its more sharing the knowledge and guidance of how making simple changes in your day to day life can "brighten" your day or someone else's day. By appreciating someone and thanking them, you will put a smile on someone's face and you will also smile in response. I don't know about everyone but if I can genuinely smile, I count that as a good day. 😃 ...
